Biography

Dakota Eckenrode focuses his practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts, including the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. These matters include mergers and other corporate transactions, derivative and class action suits, corporate statutory proceedings and disputes and federal securities litigation.

Dakota’s practice also includes advisory work on corporate governance matters under the Delaware General Corporation Law and the fiduciary obligations of directors and officers.

Before joining Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP, Dakota practiced for several years in the Wilmington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
