Biography

Daniel Egan is a Partner in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group at Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP. Dan focuses his practice on business restructurings and complex transactions and litigation in distressed situations. Dan regularly represents debtors, creditors, asset purchasers, lenders, landlords, directors, and other strategic parties in connection with chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Before joining Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP, Dan was a counsel in the financial restructuring department of an international law firm.
