Biography
Robert Weber’s practice includes complex corporate restructuring and commercial litigation. Rob has substantial experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, directors and other parties both in and out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Before joining Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP, Rob was Counsel at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP, where he practiced for 20 years.
Rob is included in The Best Lawyers in America (Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Litigation-Bankruptcy), and is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and the Federal Bar Association. He has also been recognized for his commitment to pro bono work.
