December 19, 2024 – Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its New York office with the addition of Daniel G. Egan, who joins the firm as a Partner in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group.
Dan brings extensive experience in business restructurings, complex transactions, and litigation in distressed situations. He regularly represents debtors, creditors, asset purchasers, lenders, landlords, directors, and other strategic parties in connection with chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
Prior to joining Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, Dan served as counsel in the financial restructuring department of an international law firm, where he built a strong reputation for guiding clients through high stakes restructuring matters.
